I see you're having technical difficulties, this seems to have been ongoing all day. Thursday 21st May.
I bought an add on for data roaming in Albania. One on my telephone number and one on my wife's number..
Because of the difficulties you're having, I've had no option but to purchase an e sim from another provider, rendering the one I bought from you as no good to me.
I'd like a refund please of both add ons that I paid for

Kindly be advised that there was an issue with roaming on 21/05/2026, which has now been resolved. Could you please try again and check whether you are able to roam in Albania now?

Well yes, I realise and agree that the issue is resolved. But my plan still runs out on Sunday despite me having missed over a days usage.
So maybe the plan can be extended or it can be partially refunded?
