Hello. I am going on holiday next month will my plan automatically work in Spain? As I have an unlimited package here or do I need to buy extra?

    Hi @Slm17171717,

Yes, your iD Mobile service should work in Spain without you needing to purchase any additional bundles, as Spain is one of our inclusive roaming destinations.

We'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before you travel to help prevent any unexpected out-of-plan charges:

    • Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
    • Go to Bills.
    • Select Manage Bill Cap.
    • Set the cap to £0.00 and save the change.

Once you're in Spain, you may also need to manually connect to one of our roaming partner networks if your phone doesn't connect automatically. Our roaming partners in Spain include:

    • Movistar
    • Yoigo

If you have any issues connecting when you arrive, try manually selecting one of these networks in your phone's network settings.

    Have a great trip!

    Regards,
