Question

iPad SIM would not roam in Canaries, but different iPhone SIM was OK

Hi, Just back from Canaries. iPhone roamed OK automatically. On last day tried to roam with my 2019 iPad using different ID mobile SIM, but got message saying no data connection. All my settings were correct. Was able to use phone as hotspot so no drama, but forgot to swap SIM’s to troubleshoot and now I’m wondering whether older iPads might not roam. It works fine in the UK with the ID data SIM.

Any ideas?

    Hi ​@Chestnutfarmer 

    Please do ensure that the sim is in the handset and complete a network reset on the handset this should fix the issue if this is not fixed you might need a replacement .
