iPhone Turkey no data

I have 3 numbers with ID Mobile.

2 numbers paid £35 for 20GB data for 10 days for Turkey.

One number is fine.

Another number no data when leave hotel, can't WhatsApp, internet, no bank, nothing.

 

iPhone, she's turned on data roaming, all works in WiFi.

ID Mobile instructions are incorrect:

 

Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.

Tap ‘Plan’.

Scroll down.

Tap ‘Manage your iD services’.

Enable the ‘Roaming’ & ‘International’ toggles.

 

There is nothing that says Manage your ID services.

Hi there ​@MickRoberts, we would go through the same troubleshooting as the chat, so I’d advise to re-contact them and ask them to raise further to our technical team.

Ok, can you not raise it with the technical team? It cost me 50 mins yesterday and on the chat they ask you things that are in the app, so you then lose the chat. It's utter bonkers 

Why didn't they raise it with the technical team as they know it isn't working?

No cause soon as u come out chat, it's all gone. Unless you telling me it's still there. Why they don't check with us and not have a messaging system where the last messages are there is beyond me.

It's probably why ID Mobiles customer score is going f down and Lebara going up
