I am traveling to Sardinia is it included in free roaming

We're sorry for any confusion. Please note that roaming in Sardinia is not included within iD Mobile's free roaming destinations and standard roaming charges may apply.

To help prevent unexpected out-of-plan charges while travelling, we would recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0 before you travel.

You can do this by:

Logging in to the iD Mobile app
Selecting Services
Choosing Manage Bill Cap
Setting the Bill Cap to £0
Confirming the change

This will help ensure that you do not incur any unexpected out-of-plan roaming charges while abroad.

Can anyone please confirm this is still the case? I thought it was covered as it’s part of Italy .

Yes, this is still covered.

Both San Marino and Vatican City are included within iD Mobile’s Inclusive Roaming destinations, so you can use your inclusive minutes, texts and data, up to the applicable roaming data limit, while there.

Thanks for clarifying.

Yes, Sardinia is part of Italy, so your iD Mobile Inclusive Roaming allowances will apply while you’re there.

Once you arrive, please make sure roaming is enabled both on your iD Mobile account and within your handset settings. If your phone doesn’t connect automatically, try manually selecting one of the available supported roaming networks.

We’d also recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected out-of-plan charges while you’re away.
