We're sorry for any confusion. Please note that roaming in Sardinia is not included within iD Mobile's free roaming destinations and standard roaming charges may apply.
To help prevent unexpected out-of-plan charges while travelling, we would recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0 before you travel.
You can do this by:
- Logging in to the iD Mobile app
- Selecting Services
- Choosing Manage Bill Cap
- Setting the Bill Cap to £0
- Confirming the change
This will help ensure that you do not incur any unexpected out-of-plan roaming charges while abroad.
