Although the Isle of Man is included within our Band 1 roaming destinations, calls made from the UK to Isle of Man landline numbers (01624) and mobile numbers (07624) are treated differently to roaming and should be available on your account.

To help resolve the issue, please try the following:

• Restart your handset.
• Toggle Airplane Mode on for 60 seconds, then switch it off.
• Ensure your handset software is fully up to date.
• Try calling the number in both formats:
  • 01624 xxxxxx
  • +44 1624 xxxxxx
  • 07624 xxxxxx
  • +44 7624 xxxxxx
• Reset your network settings if the issue persists.
