issue with using phone in India

I am in India and purchasd a roam beyond add on before leaving the Uk and made sure my data roaming was enabled before leaving UK

Now that I am in India though, I cannot get any Internet using my mobile data and can only use my phone when connected via WiFi

Can someone please help I have spent a lot of time trying to get it to work and nothing has done the trick!

I do apologize for any inconvenience caused to you in relation to your Roaming data add on not working.
Please ensure that the add on is still valid as it does activate from the purchase date as well as connecting to the correct partnered networks in India.
The networks to choose would be Airtel or Reliance if this does not work try doing a network reset.
