Please also check the following important point:

Make sure the country you’re currently in is included in iD Mobile’s 50 inclusive EU roaming destinations. If you’re outside these destinations, roaming will not work unless you have a specific roaming add-on enabled.

If you are in an EU roaming country, please try:
Restart your phone
Ensure Data Roaming is switched ON
Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
Set Network Selection to Automatic, or manually choose a local network
Confirm mobile data is enabled on your device
Restart your phone after connecting to a network
