I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using your mobile data in Malaga.

Could you please try the following:

• Ensure Data Roaming is turned on in your phone's settings.
• Restart your phone.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Check that the Roaming, International and Premium features are enabled on your account.
• Ensure your bill cap isn't preventing chargeable services from working.
• It's also worth checking that you're connected to one of our roaming partners in Spain:
  • Yoigo
  • Movistar

To manually select a network:

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection.
2. Turn Automatic off.
3. Select Yoigo or Movistar.

Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).
2. Tap Mobile Networks.
3. Select Network Operators.
4. Turn off Select Automatically.
5. Choose Yoigo or Movistar.

If you're still unable to use data, please try a network reset:

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
2. Tap Reset.
3. Select Reset Network Settings.

Android

1. Go to Settings > General Management (or System).
2. Tap Reset.
3. Select Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.
