mobile roaming even with the swiss roaming data pack

I have activated Swiss data roaming for 10 days but when I landed Zurich today. My data was stopped after working for few minutes stating that I have capped out on the bill. I am not sure why my data roaming is not working in swisserland even after I have enabled data roaming addon for 10 days. Please HELP!!

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your roaming add-on in Switzerland.

 

We'd recommend manually connecting to one of our roaming partners, as this can often resolve data issues:

  • Sunrise
  • Salt
  • Swisscom

 

To do this:

  • Go to your phone's Network Selection settings
  • Turn Automatic network selection off
  • Try connecting to each available network one at a time
  • After connecting, restart your phone and test your data connection

 

If that doesn't help, please try a network reset.

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap General
  • Select Transfer or Reset iPhone
  • Tap Reset
  • Choose Reset Network Settings

For Android:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap General Management or System
  • Select Reset
  • Tap Reset Network Settings
  • Confirm the reset

 

After the reset, try connecting to each of the roaming partners again.

 

We'd recommend testing all three networks, as coverage and compatibility can vary by location.
