Motorhome Router

Hi.

I use an ID mobile sim in my router in my motorhome, which works very well.

I have roaming included in my contract but when I am away in Europe it will not work. It seems to work if I put the sim in my phone but not on the router. Can anyone explain why this is and how I can get it to work?

Ask the manufacturer of the router, it’s their hardware and software. They are the ones who should be providing you support for it.

Hi @Corjenny iD SIM’s are only designed to be used in certain handsets, not in devices such as routers and tablets I’m afraid.

I use it in the router in UK and it works fine. Not in Europe though.

I am sorry @Corjenny it is not a device we can provide support for as it is not one of our approved devices for iD SIM’s.
