Hi.
I use an ID mobile sim in my router in my motorhome, which works very well.
I have roaming included in my contract but when I am away in Europe it will not work. It seems to work if I put the sim in my phone but not on the router. Can anyone explain why this is and how I can get it to work?

Ask the manufacturer of the router, it’s their hardware and software. They are the ones who should be providing you support for it.
