I am having problems connecting to the internet in turkey

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting to the internet while in Turkey.
To help get you connected, please check the following:
- Bill Cap: Ensure your bill cap is set to £0, as this can block data usage while roaming
- Roaming settings (account level): Log in to the app and make sure roaming is enabled on your account
- Roaming settings (handset): Go to your phone settings and ensure Data Roaming is switched on
- Network connection: Check that you’re connected to a supported local network provider. You can do this by going into your network settings and manually selecting a network
After making these changes, please restart your phone or toggle Airplane Mode on and off to refresh the connection.
If you’re still unable to connect after this, further checks may be required on your account.
