my phone bill has been calculated wrong

Hi, I recently travelled to Greece and whilst on my trip I checked that roaming was enabled on my plan which it was. However, on returning home I have received a nearly £40 roaming charged added to my bill and I’m just wondering why as I was within a roaming area for my whole trip. I’m extremely concerned as I simply cannot afford the bill this month and don’t want to loose access to to my mobile.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m really sorry to hear about the unexpected roaming charges after your trip to Greece, I understand how worrying this must be, especially with the impact on your bill.
Greece is part of our Roam Free destinations, so charges usually shouldn’t apply unless data limits were exceeded or your phone connected to a non-EU network. We’d love to look into this for you.
