    Hi @kakalaka066,

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.

As you're close to the border, it's possible that your phone has automatically connected to a Bosnian network instead of a Croatian one. When this happens, roaming charges may apply as Bosnia and Herzegovina isn't included in our inclusive EU roaming destinations.

We'd recommend manually selecting a Croatian network to prevent your phone from connecting to a Bosnian network again.

    For iPhone:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data.
    3. Tap Network Selection.
    4. Turn Automatic off.
    5. Wait for the list of available networks to appear.
    6. Select one of the following Croatian networks:
      • Hrvatski Telekom
      • A1 Hrvatska
      • Telemach

    For Android:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Tap Connections or Network & Internet.
    3. Tap Mobile Networks.
    4. Tap Network Operators.
    5. Turn off Select Automatically.
    6. Wait for the available networks to load.
    7. Select one of the following Croatian networks:
      • Hrvatski Telekom
      • A1 Hrvatska
      • Telemach

We'd also recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 to help prevent any further unexpected charges:

    • Open the iD Mobile app or sign in to your iD Mobile account online.
    • Go to Bills.
    • Select Manage Bill Cap.
    • Move the slider or enter £0.00.
    • Save the change.

Once connected to a Croatian partner network, try using your data again.

If you're still having difficulties after manually selecting a Croatian network, please let us know. As this is a public forum, please don't post any personal or account information when replying.

    Regards,
