We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your data while roaming in Poland.

First, could you check that your phone is connected to one of our roaming partners:

• Orange
• Play
• Plus
• T-Mobile

You can manually select a network using the steps below.

For iPhone:

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Cellular).
2. Tap Network Selection.
3. Turn Automatic off.
4. Wait for the available networks to appear and select Orange, Play, Plus or T-Mobile.
5. Restart your phone after connecting.

For Android:
(Steps may vary slightly depending on your device.)

1. Go to Settings > Connections or Network & Internet.
2. Tap Mobile Networks.
3. Select Network Operators.
4. Turn Select Automatically off.
5. Choose Orange, Play, Plus or T-Mobile from the list.
6. Restart your phone.

If you're still unable to use data after trying the above, please let us know:

• The make and model of your phone.
• Whether calls and texts are working.
• Whether you've received any roaming welcome text messages since arriving in Poland.
