Hi
You don't need to purchase any additional roaming add-ons for Malta, as it's included in our 50 inclusive EU roaming destinations.
You'll be able to use your plan in Malta, including up to 30GB of roaming data, in line with our roaming policy.
Before you travel, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected charges:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
- Go to Bills.
- Select Manage Bill Cap.
- Set the cap to £0.00 and save the change.
You may also need to manually connect to one of our roaming partner networks in Malta if your phone doesn't connect automatically:
- Epic
- GO
- Melita
If you have any issues getting connected when you arrive, try manually selecting one of the above networks in your phone's network settings.
