We're sorry to hear your son is having trouble using his data in Germany.

We'd recommend trying the following:

• Make sure Data Roaming is turned On in his phone settings.
• Check that Roaming, International and Premium services are enabled on his iD Mobile account.
• Restart the phone.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
• Perform a Network Settings Reset.
• Turn Automatic Network Selection off and manually try connecting to each of our roaming partners:
  • Telekom
  • Vodafone Germany
  • Telefónica (O2)

Once connected, ask him to restart the phone and test his mobile data again.
