Every single time I leave the United Kingdom I have no data coverage at all. I have been to France and Spain this year and have had to buy separate e-sims  to be able to get any connection at all. Its really starting to annoy me as everyone on other networks to seems to just be able to arrive and already have signal, where as I have to connect to wifi to even sort getting a e sim. 
 

i need this resolved urgently, but I don’t know where to start or who to speak with as I can’t find a help section. Whenever I have got on the phone before to customer service they always talk me through steps that never seem to work.

please advise, I didn’t really want to move to another network.
