No data whilst travelling in the Isle of Man

Since arriving in the Isle of Man I have not received any data, my phone signal is working, also my Samsung phone is setup to roam, any ideas please.

What network are you connected to?

Can you manually try and connect to Sure Mobile and see if data works on that network?

Please can you test the SIM in another handset and check if you get the same?

Sure is our network partner so that should work whilst in Isle of Man, have you tried all other available networks?

Hi, tried, no joy.

The only 2 networks my phone can find is 23458 and Sure but can't connect to Sure.

23458 is Manx Telecom Pronto GSM. You should be able to connect to both Manx and Sure. Check that you’ve enabled roaming within the iD Mobile app. If it’s enabled, try disabling it, waiting ten minutes, and then enabling it again. Once done, make sure to reboot your phone. Hopefully this resolves the issue.

It’s disappointing that you couldn’t get it to work. I wonder why there are so many issues with roaming with iD Mobile.
