What network are you connected to?

Can you manually try and connect to Sure Mobile and see if data works on that network?

Sure is our network partner so that should work whilst in Isle of Man, have you tried all other available networks?

Hi, tried, no joy.

The only 2 networks my phone can find is 23458 and Sure but can't connect to Sure.

Hey there ​@Politically incorrect, sorry to hear that. Have you enabled roaming in your phone’s own settings as well as the iD Mobile app/website?

23458 is Manx Telecom Pronto GSM. You should be able to connect to both Manx and Sure. Check that you’ve enabled roaming within the iD Mobile app. If it’s enabled, try disabling it, waiting ten minutes, and then enabling it again. Once done, make sure to reboot your phone. Hopefully this resolves the issue.

It’s disappointing that you couldn’t get it to work. I wonder why there are so many issues with roaming with iD Mobile.

Had the same problem and went through lots of settings etc to try and resolve without any luck. Then I came across a post saying to toggle airplane mode off and on. Well it worked on both my phone and my wife's phone. We now have full Internet access. Hope this helps people in the future.
