no longer have roaming data access in one phone

I have lost roaming data in one phone, if I move the sim into another phone it all works fine data included. . If I use a none id mobile sim in the problem phone it works fine data included. However despite ensuring roaming is enabled the ID mobile sim will not work on data in the phone?

I have a Huawei Ai Cube that previously worked fine with the ID sim and works still with other sims but has stopped working with the ID sim.

Hi there @Jimsidaccount, unfortuantely, we don’t officially support the usage of our SIM cards in devices outside of handsets, and the ones listed as approved on our website.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our SIM card would work in this device you’ve mentioned I’m afraid, and it’s difficult to troubleshoot if it doesn’t work, as we’d expect it not to.

Thanks,

Tyler

The situation is it has worked for months. It has suddenly stopped. As stated other sims work on the Huwawei and the ID sim works in my phone. What technically is the issue?

Thanks Jimmy
