I have a Huawei  Ai Cube  that previously  worked fine with the ID sim and works still with other sims but has stopped working with the ID sim. 

Hi there ​@Jimsidaccount, unfortuantely, we don’t officially support the usage of our SIM cards in devices outside of handsets, and the ones listed as approved on our website.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our SIM card would work in this device you’ve mentioned I’m afraid, and it’s difficult to troubleshoot if it doesn’t work, as we’d expect it not to.

The situation is it has worked for months. It has suddenly  stopped. As stated other sims work on the Huwawei and the ID sim works in my phone. What technically is the issue?

As mentioned we don’t officially support that device, so at this time, that’d be our suspected cause of the issue.
