no roaming in rome airport (tried all available network already)

I am in Rome airport, cannot use roaming, I have full signal but it said I did not subscribe to data; I tried all available network; every plan should have 30gb EU roaming right?

I understand how frustrating it can be not to access mobile data while traveling, especially with full signal.

For EU roaming, all eligible plans should include 30GB of data. To troubleshoot this issue, please try the following:

-Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.

-Check mobile data and roaming settings: ensure data roaming is enabled.

-Select the network manually: go to network settings and try choosing a different available provider in Rome.

-Check your plan status: log in to the iD Mobile app to confirm your roaming allowance is active.

I have done all these but still said i hv no data subscribed, i saw i have 80gb+ data remaining, and today is my roll over date, i am using iphone 13pro cannot see APN settings

I cant use the live chat it said I am blocked

can any technical support please help to check if my  roaming data is set to my account?

Hi it works on my husband’s android phone but not on my iPhone 13 Pro; is roaming not supported for iPhone users? ( I transferred to ID mobile last month, never use id mobile before)
