Question

no service in Belgium and Germany if not more. disgusted….my bank free eSIM is the only wayvto log in to the iD app! appalling

Hopeless in Belgium and Germany. Sounds like a rip off “free 50 countries” roaming. Terrible. Than heavens for my free Bank eSIM to contact iD

    Thank you for reaching out to us, please accept my apologies for any roaming issues faced.
    When roaming in Belgium, please ensure that you are connected to BASE or Orange.
    In Germany it would be Telekom (formerly T-Mobile) or O2.
