No signal when roaming in Germany from the UK

Hi, I am using ID mobile on my iPad and have no signal when in Germany. I have checked all the settings and followed the points in the app so am sure roaming is switched on for the ipad and my ID account. I have tried manually selecting a network but it will not connect to any network. I have tried rebooting as well! How do I fix this please? Thanks

As we do not support our SIM’s being used in tablets or accessories, we would not be able to run an investigation in to this.

Do you have the same issue when using the SIM in a handset?

I am having the same problem on my standard handset. I’ve restarted my iPhone 13 Pro and no luck

Hi there @Enamul1234, sorry to hear that. Do you have roaming enabled via both the iD Mobile app/website, and also via your phone’s own settings?
