Not able to make international calls

I am visiting Ireland and when I try to call a number in Ireland I receive the message “your service does not allow access to this number”. I have tried calling both a mobile number and a landline number but get the same message. I have ensured that both roaming and international calls are active, and I have reset the network settings. Anything else I should try?

    Hi @Danesbury

Have you checked to see if roaming is enabled in your account?

You can also contact an adviser with regards to your query via this link:-
    https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Just type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the chatbot. Do not type any sort of question as this will get you trapped in the Chatbot roundabout.
Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

    Good Luck x
