not being able to use an add on oversaes

I was in Turkey last week I purchased additional data but was unable to use any, I could use my call time but not data this still remains unused.

What have I done that has caused this?

My roaming was on WiFi off but still no data .

Any advice thanks

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I’m sorry to hear that you were unable to use your data while in Turkey.

If calls were working but data was not, this is usually related to the phone’s mobile data or roaming settings rather than the add-on itself. Possible causes can include:

Data roaming not fully enabled on the device
Incorrect network selection while abroad
Mobile data turned off for the SIM
APN/network settings needing an update
