Not receiving OTPs on holiday

Hi, I am on holiday in Europe with international roaming, lots of data, Wi-Fi etc, notifications coming through but not OTPs from bank, normally get them no problem at home.  Any ideas?

    Thank you for getting in touch. 

     

    I am sorry to hear you are not receiving the OTP whilst abroad. 

     

    Can you please try selecting an alternative network via the handset settings and then requesting the OTP again?

    Thanks Natalie, 1 out of 3 arrived, and the 1 with a 30 minute delay, so by that time I had needed to work around the problem!
