paid £35 for data roaming -, not working?

I've paid _35 for data roaming in Turkey but not been able to use it.  I've checked the chats and both phone and ID app settings are ok.  Feeling let down any suggestions

I am so sorry that your data is not working in Turkey. Please make sure you are connected to our partner networks AVEA or Turkcell. Please confirm the make and model of your device so I can provide you with APN settings that may help.

Google Pixel 9.  I've been on Turkaell to mo avail

Hi ​@YOS 

Please could you see if the network Turk Telekom is available to connect to if yes, please can you connect to this one instead.

The available networks should be under network selection.

Thanks for the response, but no it did not work.  My last day here today. A waste of £35.   Not happy
