paid ror roaming for 10 days in Singapore and doesn’t work

Hi, im away in Singapore and added a 10 day data bolt on, it’s charged me for it but doesn’t work, data roaming is on, I’ve tried turning phone on and off and resetting network settings but it sill doesn’t work, could anyone help please? This also happened when I was away in Albania last year. There doesn’t seem to be a phone number for customer services and the online chat doesn’t work. This is probably the worst mobile provider I’ve ever been with and thinking of cancelling with them when I get back

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after already trying multiple troubleshooting steps.

 

Please can we ask you to also check that you are connected to one of our approved roaming partners in Singapore:

  • Singtel
  • StarHub
  • M1

 

We’d recommend manually selecting each of these networks in your phone’s network settings, then restarting your device after each attempt to test the connection.

 

Also please ensure:

  • Data Roaming is switched ON
  • Mobile Data is enabled
  • Airplane Mode is turned off and restarted
  • All necessary features is turned on
