phone abroad usage
Hi, my phone has stopped working on holiday in Germany. My plan looks to still have data left when I log into the app. Whats happened?

I am sorry your service has stopped working while you are in Germany. If your account is still showing available data, please try these quick steps to refresh your connection:
- Restart your phone.
- Go to your network settings and make sure Automatic Network Selection is switched on.
- Once this is done, please try your mobile data again.
