We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing this issue.

Please make sure you're manually connected to one of our roaming partners in Spain, which are:

• Movistar
• Orange
• Vodafone
• Yoigo

It's also important to check that Data Roaming is enabled in your phone's settings, and that Roaming, International and Premium services are all enabled on your iD Mobile account.

If you've checked all of the above and you're still unable to use your services in Spain, please let us know. We'll be happy to take a closer look into this with you.
