You may need to increase your spend cap; ensure roaming is enabled in phone settings. Try turning off AIRCRAFT MODE + then back on.

Hi @SDY,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using your mobile data in Prague, especially when you're relying on services like Google Maps while exploring the city.

Could you please try the following:

• Make sure Data Roaming is switched on in your phone's settings.
• Restart your phone.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Ensure the Roaming, International and Premium features are enabled on your iD Mobile account.
• Try manually selecting one of our roaming partner networks in the Czech Republic:
  • T-Mobile
  • O2
  • Vodafone

For iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection.
2. Turn Automatic off.
3. Select T-Mobile, O2 or Vodafone.

For Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).
2. Tap Mobile Networks.
3. Select Network Operators.
4. Turn off Select Automatically.
5. Choose T-Mobile, O2 or Vodafone.

If you're still unable to use your service after trying the above steps, please let us know:

• Whether you're unable to use data only or if calls and texts are also affected.
• The make and model of your handset.

We'll be happy to help further. Enjoy the rest of your time in Prague.
