Hello i had a medical emergency with faily member back home. I bought the global addon 1 day for 5 pounds. I tried to activate my sim but it was not possible to do i tried numerous times. In the end i has no time left and had to buy another online sims to get access. I have not used the 5pound global plan and will not use it. Is it possible for a refund please

Regarding the Global Add-On, I’m sorry you had difficulty activating it and were unable to use it.
However, I must advise that, as per our Terms and Conditions, we are unable to offer refunds on add-ons once they have been purchased, even if they have not been used.
For future reference, if you experience any issues activating an add-on while abroad, it’s best to contact our Live Chat team immediately, as they can assist in real time to help get it working.
