Hi

I'm flying for a week to Poland on Sunday. Can I use Internet there and how much would it cost me please

Hi @Wokinghamiec74,

Good news, Poland is included within our Inclusive Roaming destinations, so you’ll be able to use your UK minutes, texts and data while you’re there.

You can use up to 30GB of your monthly data allowance while roaming in Poland. If your UK allowance is less than 30GB, you can use your full remaining allowance.

Before travelling, please make sure:

Roaming is enabled within your iD Mobile account.
Data Roaming is enabled within your phone settings.
Once you arrive in Poland, restart your phone and allow it a few minutes to connect.
If it doesn’t connect automatically, manually select one of our supported roaming partners:
- Orange
- Play
- Plus
- T-Mobile

We’d recommend checking that you’re connected to one of these networks if you experience any problems with data while you’re there.
