Trying to add Roam Beyond for USA and it doesnt work. Any idea why?

I’d recommend trying the following quick steps first:

Turn Airplane mode ON and OFF
Restart your device
Go to Settings and ensure Data Roaming is switched ON
Manually select a network

 

If it still isn’t working after this, we may need to check the add-on status on your account to make sure everything has provisioned correctly.
