I am flying to Singapore today and arriving tomorrow. Roaming beyond add ons only take effect from the day they are purchased, there is no option to purchase a set window of roaming days for the time that one plans to be abroad. The issue is that I cannot buy the roaming beyond add on when I am out there because I won't have internet with my phone not being able to roam. There is no point me buying the 1 day of access that I need for tomorrow today because it will expire by the time I land in Singapore tomorrow. I want to buy the add on (ideally two days in total) for it to take effect from tomorrow. How can I do this?

Unfortunately, Roam Beyond add-ons can’t be scheduled to start on a future date, they activate immediately as soon as they’re purchased, and there’s currently no option to pre-buy them for use at a later time.
For Singapore specifically, you would therefore have 2 options:
Purchase the add-on before you travel, understanding the time starts immediately, or wait until you arrive in Singapore and connect to secure Wi-Fi (for example at the airport or hotel) before purchasing the add-on through the iD Mobile app or account area.

Just so you know as well:
- Roam Beyond add-ons are data-only
- They can’t be cancelled or refunded once purchased
- The validity period starts from the exact purchase time
