roam beyond turkey not working

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been unable to use your roaming add-on.

To ensure the add-on works correctly while you are in Turkey, please make sure of the following:

• Your Bill Cap is set to £0, as roaming add-ons may not function correctly if a higher cap is in place
• Your device is connected to one of our partner networks in Turkey, which are AVEA or Turkcell
• And roaming needs to be active on the handset and app

You can manually select a network by going to your phone’s network settings, turning off automatic selection, and choosing one of the supported networks listed above.
