Roam Free Error and Extra Data Charges

I am currently on holiday to Croatia and I keep receiving text messages that I have arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina when I have not left Croatia. Now I have received a text message to say I have reached 80% of my data roaming cap even though Croatia is a roam free zone. I have also checked my next bill and there is £45.55 of extra data charges because of this network issue. Please can someone advise on how this can be resolved to where my roaming is solely in Croatia and these extra charges are removed.
