RoamBeyond purchaed per country?

I will be travelling to USA and Canada. Do I need to purchase two sets of Roam free one for each country or can I just buy a single 5 day pass (for example) and it’ll work in both countries?

its not clear at all in the marketing and I can’t see it answered in this forum either.

Hi @RandomName23,

Thanks for your question. For the USA and Canada, you would need to purchase a separate Roam-Free add-on for each country. The add-ons are country-specific, so a single pass won’t cover both destinations.

It’s also important to note that the add-on is activated at the time of purchase, so we’d recommend buying it once you arrive in each country, rather than ahead of travel.

A couple of other key points to be aware of:

  • The Roam-Free add-ons are for data use only
  • Calls and texts are not included and would be charged at standard roaming rates in both the USA and Canada

So, for example, you’d buy one add-on when you arrive in the USA, and then a separate one when you arrive in Canada if needed.

Hope this helps, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Regards,

Thanks, If I want two days can I buy one day twice at the start and they stack or do I need to wait for 23h to pass then purchase the extra day?

Hi @RandomName23

I do apologise however they will not stack so you will need to wait for 23 hours to pass and purchase another add-on. And please set your bill CAP to £0 to avoid out of plan charges.
