I paid for ads 20£ for roaming in Turkey, but it doesn t work - i do not have internet. I would like to cancel it

Thank you for letting us know that you are having trouble with the Roaming add on you have purchased for Turkey.
Please could you manually connect to the network Turk Telekom.
If this does not automatically work, please try to restart the handset.

I’ve paid £20 for my roaming, but in a nutshell, nothing is working. I have no data connection at all. I’ve tried restarting the phone and checking the APN settings, but still nothing. I’d like a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable service.

I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble using your roaming data after purchasing the £20 add-on, I understand how frustrating that can be.

 

Please confirm if data roaming is enabled on your device? You can check this by following the steps below:

 

If you’re using an iPhone:

Open Settings

Tap Mobile Service (or Mobile Data)

Tap Mobile Data Options

Ensure the Data Roaming toggle is turned ON

 

For most Android phones:

Open Settings

Tap Network & Internet

Tap SIMs and select your iD Mobile SIM

Ensure the Roaming toggle is turned ON

 

If this is already enabled and you're still unable to access data, please contact us via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat with your full name, mobile number, and postcode so we can investigate further and assist you as quickly as possible.

We’ll be happy to take a closer look and get this resolved for you.

I am still unable to access your data (id mobile), i boughr already another sim

I did not used rhe ads-on (because it doesn t work) but id mobile charged me anyway. How i can cancel it, where i can complain about it? They charge me but didn t provide the service
