Question

roaming

Currently in Greece, I have all unlimited plan. 3 days into holiday and phone now doesn't connect to the internet. I am relying on WiFi now to stay connected.

To my understanding there is 30GB limit? Could reason why my connectivity issue is because I surpassed this limit in 3 days??

Currently in Portugal. I'm experiencing the same problem. 10 days ago when I was in Portugal, I didn't have any issues. Today I experience the same issue as Jerome. I tried everything such as on/off the flight mode, restarted the phone a few times, selected the network manually, without any success.

My wife is with ID as well and she can use the roaming without problems.

I have done the whole restarting your phone procedure, I checked my ID app, since it's an unlimited data plan is there way to check current usage?

My roaming is activated through the ID mobile app and phone setting.

If I have indeed used 30GB will I have to buy roaming data?

Hi @Jerome Vsj, @L Petkov,

We're aware that some customers are unable to use Mobile Data (4G/5G) abroad. Our team is working with our network partner, Three UK, to fix this as soon as possible.

While we fix this, you can try switching your phone to Airplane mode for 60 seconds. Turn it back off after the 60 seconds are up, and your mobile data should reconnect.

We're sorry for the disruption and thank you for your patience.

For the latest updates, please visit our Service Status page for details.

Thanks.
