Yes, that's exactly right. With a £1 bill cap in place, only up to £1 of additional out-of-plan roaming charges can be added to your account. Once that £1 limit is reached, we'll block further chargeable data/calls/texts until either the cap resets (usually at the start of your next bill cycle) or you choose to increase it.

So, your maximum exposure beyond your plan is £1, you won't be hit with a large, unexpected bill.
