Thanks for getting in touch and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues using your phone abroad.

 

Could you please let us know which country you are currently in so we can advise you more accurately?

 

In the meantime, if you are in a roaming destination, we’d recommend checking the following:

  • Make sure Data Roaming is switched ON
  • Check your remaining allowance in the iD Mobile app or online account
  • Ensure you haven’t exceeded your bill cap, as this can stop services from working
  • If your cap has been reached, you would normally receive a text notification advising you of this
     

If your allowance or cap has been reached, you may need to adjust your spend limit or add a roaming add-on depending on the country you are in.
