I'm in algeria and I'm trying to login to my accounts but unfortunately I'm not receiving text messages to login can you help me please

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving your verification text messages while you're in Algeria.

 

Could you let us know if you're able to receive any text messages, or is it only the login/OTP messages that aren't coming through?

 

In the meantime, we'd recommend trying the following:

  • Restart your phone.
  • Make sure Data Roaming is turned on.
  • Manually select a different available network in your phone's network settings.
  • Ensure your bill cap isn't set to £0.00, as some verification messages sent via shortcodes may require a bill cap to be in place.
  • If you're using a dual SIM or eSIM, make sure your iD Mobile SIM is selected to receive SMS messages.
