I've tried all this and can't get roaming to work. Somewhere else it refers to a chat facility but where is it??

My turkey add on will not work iv try everything.. roaming is on both phone and id network.  Restarted phone still not working.. 

No it's not helped.. am not stuip.. I have did all the above..
