Roaming add on for Turkey not working

Hi,

I bought a roaming add on for Turkey today however it’s not working.

I received a text confirming it had been activated, my mobile and ID app roaming has been turned on but nothing.

I've tried all this and can't get roaming to work. Somewhere else it refers to a chat facility but where is it??

My turkey add on will not work iv try everything.. roaming is on both phone and id network. Restarted phone still not working..
