roaming add on not working Switzerland

I purchased a data roaming add on for my son's trip to Switzerland. He hasn't been able to use it. Any ideas what is wrong?

Please ensure that the network the plan should be connected to is one of the following. sunrise, Salt or Swisscom.

We are unsure to change the network settings as the option to do so it's 'greyed out' for some unknown reason. We tried resetting network settings but now that is greyed out also.
