Hi @Nmez071,

We're sorry to hear your son's roaming add-on isn't working. We understand how frustrating this must be.

Could you first check that he's connected to one of our roaming partners in Uganda:

• Airtel
• MTN

If not, we'd recommend manually selecting one of these networks.

After connecting to one of the above, please perform a network settings reset.

For iPhone:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Select Transfer or Reset iPhone.
4. Tap Reset.
5. Choose Reset Network Settings.
6. The phone will restart.

For Android:
(Steps may vary depending on the handset.)

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General Management or System.
3. Select Reset.
4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
5. Confirm the reset and restart the phone.

If it's still not working after trying the above, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further with you.

Regards,

Gemma M
