Yes, you can use your iD Mobile plan in Poland, as it is included within our standard EU roaming destinations.

This means you can use your UK allowances (calls, texts and data) while travelling in Poland, subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

Before you travel, we recommend:

• Ensuring Roaming is switched ON in the iD Mobile app
• Turning on Data Roaming in your handset settings
• Checking that your Bill Cap is set above £0 to allow roaming usage

To set your Bill Cap:

1. Open the iD Mobile app
2. Go to My Account
3. Select Bill Cap
4. Set it to your preferred limit (£0)
