roaming and international ot workink in Belgium

“I’m in Belgium. My iPhone can see Belgian networks (Proximus, Orange and BASE), but it won’t register on any of them. Roaming data is enabled on my iPhone. Please check if international roaming is enabled on my account and refresh my SIM/eSIM profile.”

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting while in Belgium.

     

    Could you please try manually connecting to one of our supported roaming partners?

    • Belgacom
    • Telenet Group NV/SA
    • Orange

     

    For iPhone:

    1. Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Cellular).
    2. Tap Network Selection.
    3. Turn Automatic off.
    4. Wait for the available networks to load, then select Belgacom, Telenet Group NV/SA, or Orange.

    For Android:

    1. Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).
    2. Tap Mobile Networks.
    3. Select Network Operators.
    4. Turn Select Automatically off.
    5. Wait for the available networks to load, then select Belgacom, Telenet Group NV/SA, or Orange.
