roaming bundle uswd within 24 hours and extra on my bill

I landed in Turkey last night bought a £35 roaming pack and it’s been used in 24 hours and also Id had charged me even more whilst being on the roaming and now its cut off

    I'm sorry to hear that. I can appreciate how frustrating it must be to purchase a roaming add-on and then find you've run out of data so quickly.


    If your £35 Roam Beyond add-on has been fully used, you'll need to either:

    • Purchase another roaming data add-on.
    • Increase your bill cap if you'd like to continue using chargeable roaming services once the add-on has been exhausted.
    • Consider purchasing a local SIM or eSIM, which may be a more cost-effective option depending on how long you're staying in Turkey and how much data you need.

     

    If you've also incurred additional charges, it's worth checking whether any usage took place outside of the add-on allowance, as standard roaming charges can apply once the add-on has been used up or for services not covered by the bundle.
