Roaming but not connecting

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble receiving your bank messages while you’re in the States. I know how important those OTP texts are, especially when you’re trying to access accounts securely.

Just to clarify what’s happening here:

If you’ve purchased a data roaming add-on, that will only cover internet use and won’t include SMS or calls, which is why your bank messages aren’t coming through.

💡 What needs to be done

To receive bank SMS texts while roaming, would need to ensure:

• To be increased or removed to allow roaming services to work fully abroad

⚠️ Important note

If the spend cap is restricting usage:

• It can block non-data services like SMS or calls while roaming
• Increasing or removing the cap can restore full-service functionality
